Rebecca Miller
Founder, Wealth Advisor
“You can’t imagine how much fun I have in this business. Getting to know people and families that I may not have met otherwise and guiding them through their most meaningful life moments – that makes it all worth it.”
A people person and a problem solver at heart, Rebecca created Dynamic Wealth Strategies as a place where personal connections thrive while people seek independent financial advice. “We really do try to put ourselves in our customers’ shoes, the families that we work with,” Rebecca says. “We make recommendations from that mindset, and we treat them how we’d want to be treated if we were working with an advisor.”
Having graduated from Penn State University and after working in the music and entertainment industry, Rebecca began her career in finance by working at a major insurance company before launching DWS with her husband, Adam. “The reason I got into this industry was, I saw the opportunity – to grow your own customer base, to grow your own business,” she shares. “But even just being here, the thing that inspires me and motivates me every single day – is I get to be a female in a male-dominated industry. Not that there aren’t other women, and not that there isn’t diversity, but the industry still has a long way to go.”
“The impact for me hits home in that I want my son to see his mom out there, doing her best to help the people we work with. And I want our customers – whether they are female or whether they’ve felt like their voice hasn’t been heard – to feel like solid planning is for them and it can be understood. It can be for you.”
Rebecca has also launched the Dynamic Women’s Network – a passion project born from her desire to create a space where accomplished women can connect, learn, and feel empowered in every area of their financial lives. Through intimate social events and meaningful conversations, she helps women gain clarity, confidence, and control as they approach life’s next chapter. The Network reflects Rebecca’s belief that financial empowerment isn’t just about money – it’s about purpose, freedom, and the power to live life fully.
When not at the office, Rebecca is committed to fitness – from dance cardio to weight lifting to boxing (watch out for her right hook). She loves traveling, is a Disney nerd, and enjoys a really good espresso.
